BODY & MUSIC

ONLINE WORKSHOP

As a musician, you know how important your body is.

Without your body as the primary instrument, there would be no sound, no music coming from you. And as musicians, we also know, that the relationship to our bodies can be difficult at times.

The beautiful thing is: underneath the difficulties or challenges, we can find simplicity and ease.

In this workshop, we are going to get in touch - gently and slowly and in an embodied way - with the nature of our bodies.

How is my relationship with my body?

How is it, when I'm making music and how is it, when I'm not making music?

Am I honoring my body or do I tend to push it?

What does my body need - and can we find a beautiful and healthy way of collaborating - my body and I ?

How does my music change, when I'm in harmony and flow with my body?

We are going to journey through these days in a heart and body-connected way, with lots of practices based on different modalities like Alexander Technique, Gestalttherapy, NVC, and meditation. Getting a sense of being more at home in our bodies, more in tune and in touch.

We are really looking forward to meeting you there.
