  • Build healthy routines with meditation and body work, to maintain your wellbeing as a musician

  • Learn about emotions, inner and outer conflicts and how to deepen your relationship to yourself and others.

  • This program is designed to deepen your practice, stay connected with your community, and support you in creating a musical life on your terms.

    Topics we will cover in our monthly calls:

    • How to find a body and meditation routine that supports you in your life and on stage.

    • How to deal with stage fright, pressure, competition, and physical pain.

    • What is the new way of teaching? How do we step out of passing on inter- generational trauma in the musical field?

    • How do we stay centered in ourselves while still living and working in the “old structures” like orchestras and schools?

    • How can we start building a more connected, more loving music environment? What is our role in this process?

  • You are signing up for a 3 month container. For 49 Euro per month, your membership is including the following group calls on Zoom, happening throughout the month (you will receive the schedule after registration):

    • weekly body work with Susanne Feld (Alexander Technique/ embodiment), or Leonie von Arnim (Non-Linear- Movement)

    • 1 call focused on inner work / inquiry with trauma therapist Leonie von Arnim

    • Weekly meet-ups to connect and bring on topics that you wish to discuss with the community

      It also includes: monthly specials like challenges, monthly topics, group discussions and lots for possibility for you to create and be active on the platform.

      You are committing to stay with us for 3 months, but you are welcome to continue your membership for as many 3 month- containers as you wish.
